My Special Star

I hope everyone has a special star in their life. I sure do. This week has been a bit stressful for me. We were out of town for the long Holiday Weekend and got back Monday night. I had a big paper due Thursday morning along with a quiz. On top of that, of course I had school, work, a softball game, and household duties. My cute husband has made sure to do the following and I have appreciated ALL of it very much:

-He makes the bed every morning (this normally doesn't happen AT ALL).

-When he comes home from work his clothes no longer end up on our bedroom floor. He makes an effort and hangs them on the hooks from the inside of our closet door. Not the way I would hang them up, they are supposed to be on their own individual hangers, but I'll take it. Baby steps...

-He helped me understand the article I had to read to write my paper on the plane ride to our little trip.

-He made dinner for me before my night class on Wednesday.

-While at my night class on Wednesday he went to the grocery store all by himself! When I got home, he shows me the fridge and pantry, and all the items he got and went into detail about what dinner will be for the next few nights. He says going to the store by yourself is hard work and weird! How cute it that? Oh, he also bought me 2 of my favorite candy bars. Twix-Peanut Butter.

-He corrected my final paper. Where my name was typed he crossed it out and put Babes Bear. He also gave me a lot of good recommendations.

-He quizzed me for my quiz I had the next morning.

-Last but not least, he gave me a "yummy mix" while laying in bed.

I can't get enough of him. He is so sweet, sensitive, and such a special star. I love you Rodger.
Thank you, thank you, and thank you! You don't know how much it means to me.

Very sweet. For some reason I'm a bit nervous/curious to find out what a "yummy mix" is... You'll have to enlighten me in the future.

"Yummy Mix"=bare back scratch. On top of that you have to say..."mmmmm....yummy mix" when you are receiving one.
