Lizzy & Land-Prom 2009

This is Lindsey's last Prom.  She looked fantastic and so did Landon.  They were going to Rodizio Grill for dinner and then off to the Capital for the dance.  Then they will end the night going to Classic Skating....how enjoyable.
This was our last Prom.  I hated my hair and my dress wasn't that great.  But it was lots of fun!
Her hair looked beautiful.  I loved it.
Her dress was an A+++++
Landon looked stunning

Checking to make sure they looked just right
And they did.  I hope you guys have a great night!
Sorry Linds, let's me honest, Annie looked the best.
Oh how I love her.
And now I'm going to enjoy the Jazz Game.  GO JAZZ!

After School Fun

I picked Keaton and Isaac up from school today.  They are my brother in laws kids, therefore my step-nephews, if you want to get real technical.  Keaton is 10 and Isaac is 6.  We went to Jamba Juice and got a little treat.  We then made a stop at a client because I had to pick up a form and then we headed to my place.
They REALLY wanted to play Guitar Hero.
Cute Rodger singing
Smile

Ike wanted to do a "mean" face.
Rodger came home with a surprise for them.  They got Jazz wallets.  Sweet.
We love them and are so glad they are finally home.  They just moved back from Texas and are going to be here for good.  I'm so glad because this means the world to Joey and Chels.  I would link you to their blog, but they don't have one:(  HINT HINT.

I Can Always Tell...

When Rodger has been in the Kitchen
He NEVER closes the cupboards.
Is it just me or should this NOT BUG ME?
Also for those of you who have a dishwasher, be very thankful. My sink is always full, just like the one above:)

Tanner & Libby

We have these adorable neighbor kids, Tanner & Libby. They live just down the street from us. We work with their mom in the Nursery and we love them all. They came over last night to play.
Libby had a picture for Rodger-the one on the left. Tanner had a picture for me-the one on the right. It's a picture of Rodger and I and above it says, "I "heart" U.
We played on the Wii the whole night. Bowling, Baseball, Boxing, Tennis, and Golf. We hit all 5 games!

Tanner's a good baseball player

And Libby's adorable

Look at their bright gorgeous eyes
I turn my head around and see Libby on our chair with her head down and it's nodding more and more down. I thought she was looking at her High School Musical 3 Journal she brought. I then realized she was falling asleep. I picked her up and laid her on the couch. It was a big night for her, I guess.
Thanks for the pictures, they are on our fridge:)

St. George Softball Trip

At the first of the Lindsey's Softball Season they go to St. George for a tournament.  This was the last year and oh how I'll miss it.  The Davis Softball Team did great this year!  They won 4 out of 5 games.  Myself, Rodger, my dad, my mom, Ashley, and her boyfriend Cole went down.  My dad, Rodger and I stayed at my grandparents house that they have down there.
Rodger and I picking up my dad.  He tagged along with us all weekend, we were his taxi.
Lizzy's first game Friday wasn't until 3:30.  Therefore the boys and Ashley went golfing.  My mom and I went to the Outlets and the Mall.  We then had lunch and of course after went to her hotel room and took a little afternoon nap.  We love to sleep.
Lindsey played great.  She plays 2nd base.
This is my favorite.  As soon as the pitcher releases the ball, Linds quickly squats to get ready.
This exact hit was a nice hit right to 3rd base, but the girl caught it.  Linds was hitting well, but then kinda slacked off the last few games.  That's ok, no ones perfect.
My adorable grandparents.  They're keepers.
Father
Rodg and I enjoying the game and SUN!
P.S. Today Rodger gets home from work and comes out of our room in shorts and a T-shirt.  He says, "Babes Bear, it's Summer."  He cracks me up.  He can't wait for it. That's why we cleaned out our garage too today, he's ready for the heat and all that comes with it.
Cole and Ashley
The drive home, so pretty.
Rodger driving, trying to keep himself up.  We were up late the last night because we went to Mesquite.  My dad, Rodger and myself played 21 for quite some time.  Rodger and I did really well.  It was my first time.
My good friend Gabrielle lives down in St. George.  She along with her boyfriend Cole met us for one of Lindsey's game.  They also met us down in Mesquite and that was fun to be with them.  We miss them, they need to come back up North!
Myself.  I don't really enjoy car rides.  Therefore I sleep.  I woke up because my mouth would be wide open.  Rodger said I looked beautiful:)  If only that were true.
We had a great weekend!  The weather was great and so was the company.  Thanks again Gma and Gpa for the wonderful house to stay in.
Way to start off the season right, Davis!  I can't wait for tomorrows game.

Elder Cole

I remember when my cute Rodger opened his mission papers. He was going to be serving in the L.A. California area.  He left a day before my birthday and what an awful 19th birthday that was for me.  I was lucky though, because he came home 3 days after for health problems.
Cole, who is my sister's Ashley's boyfriend, got his call on Wednesday night.  He will be serving in the Bangkok Thailand Mission.  He leaves June 3rd.  Ashley just bought him some new scriptures that are in Thai which he is modeling in the above picture.  Cole says he's nervous, especially to learn the language, but I know he'll do a great job.  Congrats!
I know exactly how Ashley is feeling right now, it was an awful time but such an exciting time too.  Hopefully Cole will last more than 3 days!
JK Rodg, I love you!
