Dad's Birthday Continues

His lovely decorations for his birthday at his office.  He didn't want them up, he doesn't like the attention.  Don't worry,  I was sneaky and planned ahead and had it done the day before his birthday.  He secretly loved it.

I started to clean up before I took the picture.  You get the idea.  Plus I really don't know why I'm posting this.  No one cares.  But it's my blog, my memories:)

We gave him his present a few days after his birthday.  This was him telling us his important golf game he just came from.

I love what we all got him.  I want it!

We had a yummy breakfast at our house before the Kaysville Parade.  Aren't my dishes so cute that my mom gave me last year for my birthday?  Thanks mom!

Smore Brownies

Place Graham Crackers on the bottom of the pan.  Pour brownies mix on top and bake at normal time.  Place mini mashmellows and chocolate chips on top and put in the oven on broil until they melt.  Pretty good!  They are better the next day, so I made them Friday.

Softball Finale

We had our last games tonight.  It was double elimination for the tournament.  We already lost one game and had the others tonight.  We won the first, but lost the 2nd.  Therefore we were runner up.  We had fun!

Poker Face

Rodger has some friends over for poker. Yes, I allow it in my house. No, I don't regret it. It's friend time and he enjoys the game:) Plus he wins quite a bit, so I'm not complaining. Anyways, he turned on his DVD of Michael Jackson. I thought it was very cute. So now I have 8 guys in my living room enjoying a game with good old Michael in the background.

My little two cents to Michael is I remember dancing like crazy to his music, especially with the neighborhood boys, watching the Free Willey music video a lot, Uncle Bill played a video about Michael in his old house which I still remember parts about it today, I loved it because I loved his music and dancing. I hope he's happy where he is right now. RIP.

Happy Birthday Dad!

Time to boat! Storm started to brew as soon as Rodg and I got there. Lasted about 20 minutes.

Just A Whole Lot Of Nothing

*I made a sweet, I mean sweet hit last night in Softball (line drive over 3rd base)

*I love my husband

*Someone in my office has the Swine Flu.

*I can't wait for the 4th of July.

*I've been into Yoga a lot lately, I love it and I feel so free & healthy:)

*Rodger bought a YoYo the other day and he can't stop doing tricks.  Silly boy.

*I love Summer

*My flowers are adorable

*I have a great job and I truly enjoy it a lot.

*My house is always clean.  So refreshing.

*I love my family

*Ava & Caroline get cuter every time I see them.

*I love to play the drums on Guitar Hero.

*I don't need as much sleep anymore.  I used to always be tired and now I'm not.  It's the Yoga.

*We are really considering getting a dog.

*I wish I could boat/lay out in the sun all day long.

*I can't believe Rodg and I are going to be 22 this year.  We're old.

*I love our calling in church.  The Nursery.

*Rodger really wants to kill the cat that won't stay out of our garage.

*Should I go back to school?

*I love where we live and I love my house.

*I drink healthy smoothies for breakfast and I crave them all day long.

*I've put on 15 pounds since high school.  Rodg says I hide it well.  I think he's just trying to be nice, it works.

*I loved the movie The Proposal.

*I really want to play Water Baseball.

*Rodger plays B-Ball on Monday nights.  It's so fun to watch.

*Redbox is just great.

*I love my commute to and from work.  Turn up my music, sing along, & think.

*I made dinner last night and finally halfway through eating Rodg said he didn't like it.

*I made my yummy cup cakes again today for father's birthday tomorrow.

*I need a "Yummy Mix" everyday.  (Bare back fingernail tickling by Rodger).

*I really want to go Rollerblading.

*I love my cubicle at work.  I know I'm weird.

*I can't believe I'm saying this, but I do want to learn to golf.

*I'm so proud of my hard working boy, he's doing great!

Happy Father's Day!

First off this was one morning where the lovely DHS Band was practicing outside of our house for the 4th of July events!  I can't tell you how excited I am.  I can't believe it's next weekend.

And here is a lovely tile that Jen in my office made for my dad.  He places it in his office.

We went over to my dads for dinner on Father's Day.  He has a lovely backyard.  Too bad it started raining and we had to eat inside.
